I will short COMS if it even breathes on 40 though. At 40 it is fully valued even if they do beat estimates. I remember COMS had a tough time closing above 38 before. I will be watching closely to see if it can. Just because DLJ upgraded COMS doesn't mean they know anything. The only problem is this market won't even care if COMS misses 14 cents. As long as they tell the street that their problems are finally over it will rally anyway.
