I would get that in WRITING! Either via e-mail or fax. Remember, the press release states that they "anticipate" becoming a full reporting company by the 1st quarter of 1998. This statement does not obligate them to do ANYTHING. Keep a close eye on the wording of each press release made by the company.

Here it is in a nutshell: PE and vast amount of others read this thread on a daily basis. I would say the consensus on this thread feels that NAMX will not become a full reporting company by the 1st quarter of this year. Now, if you were a CEO of a company and you knew this sentiment existed among your companys shareholders, would you not release a press release stating that your company has FULL intentions of becoming a reporting company? A press release that simply states, "Deloitte & Touche will be performing NAMX's financial auditing report for the 1st quarter of 1998". Not only would you make your existing shareholders quite happy, but you would probably get a nice northwardly movement in your stock price. What reason do they have not in doing it?

Terry: Here are the two references that NAMX makes regarding the issue in question:

"NAMX has engaged Deloitte & Touche LLP for professional services in the conduct of
its operations."

"NAMX anticipates becoming a full (12g) reporting company during the first quarter of
1998."
