Unfortunately, I've gotten to the point of not
believing anything I hear from a company or read
in a press release until I see it materialize.

I've heard and read too much BS in the past.

It's always the same.... The birds are singing,
the sun is shining, fresh coat of paint on the fence,
the checks in the mail, etc.
