Gee, looking back over press releases from Placer Dome, they seem to think KRY has a court decision pending before the Venezuelan Supreme Court. Placer Dome even said they were going to do no further development on the disputed claim until the decision came down. When both parties in a dispute agree that the dispute has gone to the Supreme Court, I kind of think it may really be there. Las Cristinas may not be producing gold but the farmers of the world should be rejoicing at the fertilizer that is flying around in the PR Press about this whole thing.

Well, well, well. Would you like to justify this
claim with some fact? It is not enough to make
a declamatory statement, you must refer it to
some authority so people can check it out for
themselves. If what you were saying were true
then it would constitute monumental fraud. But
if it is false then it is slander and also fraud.
Be careful.
