I am not current but it seems to me that there are elected political parties to the right of the BJP... even more "conservative". Hope we don't get an Israeli sitiation... with the PM pandering to the people even more right than he is. Yes. There is a solution to the Kashmir solution Mohan. Let the Kashmiris vote for what country they belong to. What? What? Would you personally have any trouble with that? Given all the blood that has been spilled... At the Harvard Club in New York I went to a lecture by the then Indian Ambassador to the US: this man had "preserved" both the Punjab and had then he had "preservred" Kashmir for the Indian Union. I was with the son of the former Indian Prime Minister that night and the two of them - the Ambassador and the PM's son - would barely, just barely speak. Quite a bit of theater there. So.
