Doug,

I can tell you more than that (indirectly of course) once I have confirmation of my trade going through.

Regards,

Ron

Doug,

I knew my pick of Feb 26th had something to do with it. LOL!

I hope all of you know that Feb 26th was an eclipse day! All major deals are done on during an eclipse. LOL

Alrighty then.... I have confirmation and now will reveal what I know. Sorry I was late posting this but I was called out to do some errands and didn't return until about 30 minutes ago.

Yesterday, I was perusing the Washington "bleep" (Post) and came across an interesting article. It addressed how the overall petroleum industry was becoming more environmentally conscience, in part, to avoid future problems such as those suffered by the Tobacco industry. It was mentioned that Texaco's head, Peter Bijur and the CEO of Shell, Cor Herkstroter, were strong advocates of seeking ways of reducing greenhouse emmissions and becoming environmentally "friendly".

Here are two paragraphs that caught my attention in particular:

"According to Texaco spokesman, Christopher R. Gildez, Bijur told high-level financial leaders in Davos, Switzerland, earlier this year that "the debate really isn't about the science anymore. It's about what companies are doing, and what they are doing is to look at the next generation of technologies and improving efficiencies of operations, reducing emmissions of refineries and things like that".

"The comments at Davos weren't really about the Kyoto proposal and its merits," Gilez said. "It was more about being competitive into the next century" and using Texaco's technological and other strengths. For instance, he said, Texaco has technology that can convert natural gas into a clean-burning, highly efficient diesel fuel that would help reduce the amount of natural gas that is flared at the top of smokestacks, which contributes to the buildup of greenhouse gases.

Now folks... I don't know what other comments are required for people to realize that the deal is done and is receiving attention at the highest levels.

That is why I went long on this stock today. And I think TokyoMex is right in that we have a major winner here.

Comments??

Regards,

Ron
