I think they may be close to closing some larger size contracts. In such negotiations there would be quite a few management people (within both firms) who would be aware of the expected financial benefits). They may be buying

I have read somewhere on this thread that management would not consider a sale until the firm had begun to achieve much higher revenue levels.
