Vivus has not responded yet to the lawsuit because they were just served the papers yesterday. Nina said their lawyers will need several days to respond and the a news release will be posted (she said at least several days). Vivuses response will be to fight all the allegations in court because none of the charges hold any merit and no laws were violated! I specifically asked when MCA approval will occur. Nina said Vivus expects to hear from the MCA by no later than March 31 and everything thus far looks to be OK. I was also informed that all the new product from new plant will be shipped to Europe and can then be booked for Q1! HURRAY FOR US VIVITES!!!!!!!! Our time has finally come!!! God I feel like a ton of bricks is off my back. Run for cover evil shorts---shoo and away with you.
