To All,

I got faked out of $1500, bought at $0.80 AFTER I picked up the DCLK IPO story then I cruise down to the DCLK Yahoo News list and see the "ZULU Denies ..". I assumed that ZULU was on the DCLK news posting because there WAS some relationship between DCLK and NETZ. Otherwise, I assumed why would DCLK allow ZULU to piggy-back on their (DCLK) party. Why was ZULU allowed to post on the DCLK news post, a post with enormous visibility ? Why didn't (doesn't: post is still there at 12:45 cst) DCLK kick this ZULU post off ? Is DCLK interested in ZULU ? Why (How) did Yahoo allow this ? Did Yahoo do this ? If so, why didn't DCLK say something to Yahoo ? Only one who didn't complain was NETZ because they're partying at the DCLK's party and someone else is paying them to be there. I believe that ZULU and DCLK never even talked about buying out. This is also the first time that I've seen such a blatant and outrageously audacious half-truth propagated by Yahoo. Who's responsible for posting at Yahoo ? Does this person have anything to do with ZULU ?

Bottom line is ZULU has some very slick cats roaming around and what's unfortunate is that if they spent a small fraction of their time moving things forward one nm instead of playing games with other people's money they would have made alot more money for themselves and only some for the little guys and they would been able at least to sleep at night and wake up in the morning with a proper company to run.

The other red light was Matty G's post after meeting with Tom. Matty said something to effect that "Tom, who was just as excited as we are, hasn't met all the VC's in the company". Tom - ever hear of an airplane ? What guy is going to let another guy who he's never met invest (and control) his company, particularly during last week ?

They've ruined it for themselves, for me, other's, and other legitimate companies that really need BB's, the SEC, the stock market to raise capital, distributors, and exposure. One good thing out of all this , possibly the only good thing is that with the www, and internet trading, Si etc the games are getting pretty boring and pretty easy to figure out. The hypster/PR game has max six more months then they're finished. I also think the SEC and others will move in and do something because if they don't the vipers will be left with no more prey unless they're counting on college kiddies with disposable incomes of $2000/annum if that.

It's also heartwarming to hear that NETZ is going to save all their investor's (morons) money by bugging out of Europe. It's the least these spam-swilling weasels could do.

I hope some of above points can be used against the company, hopefully in legal action. Best of luck. Leave me out.

Cordially,

Bar Bar

P.S. Any word from Terry Over and his surfing buddies ? Don't think so. Someone's on a beach in Hawaii watching babes in their G-strings. Other Chap got hammered, no one on this thread apologized to him, what he said was right, and he may indeed be a spammer, but he also told everyone to get the hell out of this weasel factory. I'm not prepared to assume that OC was responsible for the glaring inconsistencies outlined above, don't think any one else can either.
