Good afternoon John,
I believe the company that has agreed to pay us the fees is infact ITG and not Zaksat. ITG and Wave are partners in Globalwave.

Sincerely,

Jas

Are we confusing the ZakSat deal with the GlobalWave deal?

I think the January 30, 1998, news related to GlobalWave: $1.0 million last summer; $0.75 million now; and $3.25 million soon.

John, my understanding (from the PR of 11-24-97) is that the $5 mil license fee is to be paid by ITG (the parent company of UK internet service provider Global Internet) upon achievement of 2 of 4 milestones. The second milestone was the completion of the ZakSat agreement.
