Easy bucks for lawyers - every time a stock (any stock) drops more than 10% law firms file "class action" suits. Nothing ever comes of it, the lawyers settle out of court and collect a couple mil in legal fees. I guess that's why lawyers are so popular - NOT.

Tom, the class action announcements are thinly disguised ads for the lawfirms that bring them and release the announcements ... that's why they are thick as fleas.
