sigmass,
do you (or does anyone else) know the current electronic status of the Texas Bingo halls collectively? You said:
<<
modest assesment by me of market penetration.
No. of halls penetrated--------- 250 (out of 500)
Units per hall------------------ 50 (out of 100's) >>
Are these projections based on the assumption that no bingo halls in TX have electronics today...and is this a fact?
What if 25% already had an electronic system, would your projections change?
I am not questioning your input, just want to learn more about the real market. I would think halls that already had electronics would not see a justifiable savings by going to another (even if their's was inferior). Or at least, they would be less likely to make the investment.
Also, you would probably have to figure some of the halls may choose TURBO or Plus from BTC, in which case, you would probably reduce your figures for Lite (although this is still AGTI revenue). I don't yet know enough about these products to know whether they would likely all be obtained by any one hall, or probably one or the other, but the latter seems more reasonable.
Kurt

Sigmass- Your numbers are in line with my thinking within the very narrow parameters you have defined. To think someone can buy this whole company for $12 million net....that number gives me chills given the fact that the cashflow and positive net income numbers are so close. My bet is Sega gaming and Sonic Bingo are on the tape very soon. That could be the catalyst for many to move into the stock. I think you could easily see a .35 range VERY soon. Cheers.
