Larry, I see MU trying to base in here. A move above 35 7/8 will signal a break out to upside. I think there is a bias to the upside. Momentum had been positive for 2 months...but on Feb 11 the momentum did turn downward and last week started to enter negative area. Yesterday it appeared to have hit bottom and now turning upward although still just slightly in negative territory. This could be the start to another upward movement. Fundamentals are subjective but technicals are definitive.<g>...where the heck did that come from?????.<vbg> Good Luck Trading DavidG
