Gates to Testify -- NPR's Wendy Kaufman reports that Microsoft's Bill Gates will be testifying on Capitol Hill today. He is appearing voluntarily before the Senate Judiciary Committee. Chairman Orrin Hatch has been a vocal critic of Microsoft... and two of the company's competitors will also be appearing before the panel. Microsoft is involved in a legal battle with the Justice Department over its business practices. (4:09)
