Do you have more information on the DMG downgrade? What did they downgrade it to and were there revisions to their earnings estimates?

Why I don't see the down grade posted anywhere or maybe the down grade from an unknown anal-ist; therefore, the down grade was ignored and
careless. I hope the stock price will come back up tomorrow. However, next time this stock price hits 14 again, I am the first guy to bail out of this stock. I don't want more headaches.
