Just a one day affair, Justin, no doubt much to Bill's relief. As one story said, probably most notable as providing political cover for DOJ, not as a step toward any legislative action. As I've noted before, there's a certain irony in Hatch staging this, as he's probably had as big a role as anybody in getting doctrinaire Reaganites confirmed to the judiciary while blocking anybody faintly moderate, much less, God forbid, liberal. It's going to make any court case very tricky. Cheers, Dan
