Assuming the options are part of a standard incentive stock option plan, shares probably would vest (at different times) within the next 4-5 years.

But because its an executive, he may have different vesting terms per his contract and/or board of directors written consent.

If these figures are true, then case must have only 750,000 shares left in stock and vested options, but 2,000,000 shares in unvested options. i wonder when the majority of those options become vested.
