Hello Keith,

The web TALH wove is extremely complex in regards to the information you requested. I was keeping up with it for a while but then I too became tangled in the web. There were several proposed underwriters and several brokerage firms but as far as I understood they were all to greedy and wanted control of TALH. That is why it a couple of more years to the IPO to come out with the control inside TALH and not a third party. The way I understand it is that the money really was not
a problem. There were several brokerage firms and other entities willing to loan the money but too many strings were attached and most of the strings were control strings. So what TALH has been searching for is a bank etc that would loan the money with no control strings. Again the last I heard is all legal documents have been signed by all parties and TALH is simply waiting for the money to start flowing in from the source, be that a bank, company or individual venture capitalist.

Thanks,

Antone.

Gentlemen, I know a person who has invested an excess of 1 million USD over the last year.
In my openion, he is a very brillient man in picking stocks and doing corporate finance.
He has had the technologies reviewed by the best in the field, of the technologies Tech Assets controls.
Their response in most cases was outstanding.
This person has great faith in the companies technology however the reason why the stock is where it is now is
because the principals had no clue on how to structure the public vehicle. My friend think this stock could have been $10:00 if the management
had a better understanding of what they were doing. He still strongly feel that the stock is a good buy at this level. If the management do not
get their act together, he has plans to make the company do what ever is necessary for the benefit of its patient shareholders.

P.S. More updates to follow.
