I'm watching the Toronto Exchange (QLT) , and I do see a million block trade on the 3rd of March, check the charts.

There was a block trade of over a million shares on the TSE on Tuesday; Nesbitt-Burns was buyer and seller. I asked my N-B broker about it and he supposed it was N-B buying from an institution for its own account or for another institution. Thought it was a positive move. It seems, by today's action, he was right.
