XYZ, I agree, this individual has shown a lack of respect to the Internet and to the power it contains. Anyone who shows such a casualness about such a powerful entity(the Internet) will be the cause of his own downfall. For this reason, I stopped informing him of the numerous legal violations that persist on his Web Site. Anyone who chooses such an easily traceable ID, maintains such a high profile and has a nefarious past involving the Internet and stock manipulation, will surely be the first to be taken to task, by the force of the Internet. The Internet will cleanse itself of those who are to ignorant and arrogant to respect the power it contains.

In case, people still do not realize that the Internet is not a free for all, especially for those living in heavily legislated and highly litigious countries. He may think of himself as a gunslinger who rides into a New Town and calls out a poster into his pseudo-machismo contest; however, very shortly, he will realize this is not the Wild West. There are very specific laws governing actions on the Internet and IMO they will be enforced. Especially to someone who has repeatedly shown his ignorance of what those laws are.

Well IMO Mr/Mrs Zebra. His post is out in cyber history for the SEC to see, so IMO there is no harm in correcting the idiotic or incomplete statements. Some people who read this board actually believe his dribble, so maybe I might have corrected an innocent persons misconception of how margin is regulated and who is eligible.

If not at least I feel better.

Seth

Zebra, please refrain from your abusive language. I intend to turn you over to the SI officials for appropriate action if it continues for another day.

We may not agree. I may not be perfect, but the information I give to this board certainly isn't as bad as you act like it is.

I hope we can agree to disagree.

Thank you (I know my kind wording may seem sarcastic to some, but it is not meant to be. I just think it is a more appropriate way to act, even if I don't like you.)

Zebra, there is nothing deceiving about anything I've said. Everything I've ever posted has been in good faith and accurate to the best of my knowledge. It was, and is, my understanding that the FED determines what stocks are marginable. The example I used was QGLY, a small cap NASDAQ stock, which I stated. They required the FED's clearance before they became marginable, and despite an excellent balance sheet and fantastic sales, that took months to achieve.

As Seth pointed out, assuming he is right, a stock becomes marginable upon NASDAQ NATIONAL listing. I did not know that. I learned something. Did everyone know about the NASDAQ SMALL CAP stocks not becoming immediately marginable? I am right in that regard. Maybe we all learned something.

I think it is a shame that some on this thread must try to villainize those who don't think like them.

ULTIMATELY, WE WILL ALL KNOW THE VALUE OF MY POSTING COME JUNE 30, 1998. IF THE "STORM" OF SALES comes, then I will be wrong. If they don't, I will have exonerated myself on this thread, and the bulls will be forced to put the carrot out further, again.

FTEL: ~ $ 4.63a
