Steve Rash has been with the company since July of 1995. I think you read my entire post which also said something about a turn around not happening overnight.

The point that I was trying to make was that the stock has continued to perform poorly despite many very positive recent developments.

Now you and I could go around forever and never reach a consensus view on this company or where it's stock is headed. But I will tell you this, I have done my research.

I am not a "hypester" or a short term investor looking for a quick profit and an easy way out of this stock with a big gain while I sing the praises of ABMI.

I am someone who honestly believes in the value of real friendships based on mutual trust and respect.

As you know I have conversed with Steve Rash on several occasions and I believe I have that kind of a relationship with him. Now that does not mean that Steve or I have a perfect vision of what might happen in the future for American BioMed or it's stockholders. It simply means we share the belief that there is a future here. One that could be bright. Certainly owning the stock was an awful experience for you and many people got burnt by past hype. But I think the stock is going higher. I believe that specifically because I believe the company itself is turning a corner towards real growth and respectability.

I am not going to tell you that this stock is going to move up to any specific dollar figure. That would be hype. It's not my style.

In fact some of the people who have followed me here to this thread will tell you it's not even close.

Oh sure there is one guy over on the OZON thread who calls me a used car salesman. That does not bother me because used car are often a much better buy than a new one selling at a reasonable valuation

I believe ABMI has real value as well.

Sure at some point the stock could become overvalued. Based on your past perception NorthStar I know you feel it is already there.

Over 700,000 shares traded hands today and the stock closed up but no where near the high for the day. That tells me that there are many shareholders out there that share your view.

My viewpoint differs from yours and I'll grant you that I could be wrong. Despite my conversations with Steve Rash and my hours of research the stock could move down tomorrow instead of up.

Am I worried?

No I am here long term. I believe this company will turn around and I as a shareholder will participate in that turn around.

Steve Rash?

Someday he will move on from this company to another. It's my opinion that the phrase Turn Around Specialist will ultimately be strengthened by his efforts at American BioMed.

Regards, Jeff
