You're kidding! I got a flyer in the mail stating that Brown was starting web site trading with $5 and $10 trades and assumed that the $19 over-the-phone rates still applied. I am just now realizing that the price is good for phone and web site. I am a big fan of Brown and Co. I have used them for about 6 months and have yet to have a problem. And, yes trade confirmation is often made in about 5 seconds over the phone. This is great news to me. I am still waiting on my access number for the web site. But, I really like this company. Mark
