<<<I must apologize to everyone who, like me, must put up with the lunatic ravings of Bob. I was alerted to come here and read his out-of-control postings by a lurker here (lurker: you were right, btw! <g>). Know-it-all Bob is at it again, and once again I need not reply--his replies dig him a big enough hole to put him out of sight.>>>

You know Scott in many psychology circles your malady would be best identified as a neurotic quest for glory aligned with a G.O.D. complex. I rather doubt that anyone on here needs you to apologize for me. In fact I have news for THE Scott Miller! I get at least an email or two a day informing me that I am quite sane and that you are indeed an arrogant, bombastic boob. It also doesn't take a careful analysis for anyone to realize that you have not as yet added any substantial input to these good folk's knowledge, many of whom I might add can post more insight with one sentence then you can with a whole page. First of all, my postings about GT have been agreed upon by some, disagreed on by others and I honor that as the cost of doing business here. I in turn agree or disagree with them at times and they have not problem with that. At this point, I feel much better garnering your disapproval rather than your approval as you have proven you don't know your butt from a billy goat.

<<<Bob, ths statement alone buries you deep. Are you saying game developers and people in the game business don't get honors and awards and respect? Is anyone else reading this and shaking their head at Bob, too? Or is everyone afraid to face Bob's bark (which I assure you is worse than his tiny bite).>>>

Fortunately I have a much more balanced view of myself in the world. I don't believe for one instance that anyone on here is afraid to confront me on anything. They have before and they will again. What I have always appreciated about them is they do so using a device you have little respect for--critical thinking. And yes, I am sure game developers get a myriad of awards. In fact, that carpal tunnel that most of them have isn't from clicking their keyboard but rather from patting themselves on the back!

<<<In parting, Bob, keep in mind I'll always be watching from above, enjoying your missives and misses. And like everyone else who's encountered you I can boldly say I battled Bob and lost--after all, no one beats Bob because he doesn't know when he's been beaten.>>

Yes, well I would expect nothing less from a G.O.D! LMAO! Now that you have FINALLY decided to scream "UNCLE" just don't forget where you fit in on the food chain.

<<< I think this is my last day/post, and I invite anyone who reads a Bob post about Apogee/g.o.d./3D Realms to email me to get the real story, because there's a very very high probability Bob would have gotten it all mixed up. My email, again, is scottm@3drealms.com. Now that there are already several people emailing me who read and contribute here, I see that it's not really much of a hassle dealing with messages directly, so I invite others to take advantage of having an "inside" contact.>>>

Good grief, Scott as this is your last post let me be blunt. I really don't give one hoot about Apogee, G.O.D or 3DRealms. Really, I don't. In fact you'll be pleased to know that I have expended zero energy writing anything about any of the three organizations save maybe evidence that there is at least one dolt on their board. I hate to break this to you but your company, at the present time, doesn't really make or break GT Interactive although I am 100% sure that you'll disagree adamantly with this idea. In social circles, I am sure you are a pleasant fellow. In the work place, I am sure you are an amiable sort. But on here you have an over-inflated view of yourself that turned people off immediately. Learn from it. I wish THE Scott Miller ALL the success in the business world that he deserves. Even G.O.D. understands the laws of compensation. Have fun Scott.

Regards,
Bob Churchill

Hi Scott, or is that, "Bye Scott"???

From your post:

Message 3599187

<<My email, again, is scottm@3drealms.com. Now that there are already several people emailing me who read and contribute here, I see that it's not really much of a hassle dealing with messages directly, so I invite others to take advantage of having an "inside" contact.>>

So, in other words, is it possible that you've finally conceded that I was correct about something??? Oh, just one little thing? Did I really **help** you see the light with regard to answering private emails?!?!?

I am honored.

I helped Scott Miller, CEO extraordinaire, to realize that, '...it's not really much of a hassle dealing with messages directly, so I invite others to take advantage of having an "inside" contact.'

I think you do kinda like me, don'tcha, Scott? And to think...you didn't even cross my mind once today! That's how it is with those obsessions, I guess. "Easy come, easy go." Just like your GTIS options! Everything's relative, you know.

And, golly! Why no reply to me on my little tidbits regarding your "previous life"?? Methinks V. doth hit the Achilles' heel! Better to leave some things alone, huh? [wink wink wink]

We shall meet again, mon ami...it's really a very small world, both in cyberspace and in [at] 3DRealms... :o !!

[A subtle, "tee hee hee" is heard as V. smiles knowingly, and having accomplished her mission, she lies her head down upon her pillow and dreams sweet, sweet thoughts; feeling safe from Scott's disgusting public finger at last...]

Parting is such sweet sorrow,
But you never quite know about tomorrow.

A Final, But Lingering, Kiss...only for you,
[Smoooooooch!!!]
Your V.
