I'm sorry I did not make myself clear. I wasn't talking about LGND's history, but about the history of the silly bickering on the thread :-)

You are absolutely right regarding LGND itself. It has made some substantial strides.

By the way, an assessment was made by one of the analysts - I forget which - to the effect that LGND's fair value was $18 at the beginning of this year and would be $25 by the end of the year. That was before the rat breast cancer results too. Anyone care to speculate what fair value is now?

While I am sure we would all like to see LGND at $30 tomorrow, I don't think that is very realistic :-) The real question is what a realistic value is for now. I fully expect some substantial up and down fluctuations around a moving mean (hopefully a monotone increasing one :-)).
