Larry, as you have mentioned before, TA seems to take into account FA that we don't know about yet. I went short, but, I was really putting trust in the computer. I didn't know what the last 30 minutes of the day might hold, as MU has frequently made sharp moves in the closing minutes. So..... I only shorted a half position, because I was chicken. As far as what to expect because of INTC, I will wait and see. I will NEVER, NEVER forget Dec 16th, following the lousy earnings, PLUS a Kurlak downgrade, and I was holding 30 Dec 25 puts (later bought 20 more and made a profit on them). CNBC was talking about MU opening at ~18, and and I was counting 30 puts with a 4 pt profit, or $12,000 profit. Instead, I lost about $7-8,000 on my puts. So, I am hopeful that INTC causes MU to plummet, but I will wait and see. Patrick
