DELL drops after hours on Intel announcement:

"The warning sent shock waves throughout the investment community, triggering a sell-off in many major technology shares. Dell Computer Corp. (DELL) tumbled nearly 7 points to 132. Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) dropped 2-1/16 to 80-1/4 and International Business Machines Corp. (IBM) fell 3-1/16 to 99.

DELL now at 130 (fluctuating) after hours ! 9 points down after about an 8 point gain during the day

On last weekend's show, Bob pointed out that Intel was exhibiting relative underperformance. He went into great length pointing out that Intel went through a period of sequentially lower intraday highs the previous Monday through Wednesday, all while the market was making new highs. He pointed out that Intel then dropped below $90, again while the market was making new highs.

When I heard this discussion, I thought to myself that Bob must have sold his Intel mid- to late last week. I have no idea if this is the case, but his discussion gave me that impression.
