Early in 1998 the surface rights on ground located north of the Churrumata deposit were acquired. Since the acquisition of this ground, 11 holes have been drilled into this area. Of these 11 holes, eight encountered ore grade intercepts with the most encouraging being 27 meters grading 2.83 gpt gold. It is anticipated that future drilling in the area will result in extending the currently designed Churrumata pit to the north.

Someone please tell me where Medinah's land is in relation to this.
North, South, East or West.
Thanks Vince

Great reference with very very interesting info:

Who is in the kitchen with Mediiina, whose in the kitchen I knoooow:

quotes from reference:

"Currently ore is being mined from three deposits Tres Perlas, Tres Perlas West and Socorro with
a fourth higher grade deposit, Churrumata, scheduled to come into production during the second
half of 1998."

"Gold production is expected to increase to 170,000 ounces
in 1999, as the ore mined will be primarily from the higher grade Socorro and Churrumata
deposits."

"Early in 1998 the surface rights on ground located north of the Churrumata deposit were acquired.
Since the acquisition of this ground, 11 holes have been drilled into this area. Of these 11 holes,
eight encountered ore grade intercepts with the most encouraging being 27 meters grading 2.83
gpt gold. It is anticipated that future drilling in the area will result in extending the currently designed
Churrumata pit to the north."

"The strategy will be to maximize production at the Andacollo mine
site and use the C$70 million cash in Dayton to aggressively pursue gold acquisition targets."

Don't know what the exact number would be, but it would clearly be lower if MDIN's ore is, as reported by their IR, several times richer.
