Taoman, Hell, why not fiddle around with the numbers? Anyway, thank you for your perspective. OPSY will be putting on an all-day dog and pony show in Edison NJ on March 13. They are flying in some Gartner Group people to take part. Costs $75. I would not conclude that GG endorses the service or that they are co-sponsoring this event. I do however conclude that GG's involvement does legitimize OPSY to some degree, GG does not allow itself to be used by slimeballs. DocStone
