KAA: Email me when you get a moment. Things have gotten rather sticky around this neighborhood since the share price dropped. The swelling float, wonder where those share came from??? I doubt the TA is having counting problems! Robert

You want results then put togather a Shareholder group and demand the answers, why not play hard ball with them on the same terms some of you share holders want to play with each other. Good point. I'm in. Contact me.

I swore I would remain silent, one post and one only. But the more I look at EUTO the more my eyes are watering from the unsavory fumes. Brad and Floyd it is time to step up to the plate and answer some questions... your silence is damning, your inaction is reprehensible, and by any sense of the definition you are not upholding YOUR OBLIGATIONS AS COMPANY OFFICERS OF A PUBLIC COMPANY TO ADDRESS THE SHAREHOLDERS CONCERNS. I am issuing a direct challenge to EUTO management. Not the SI folks, that post here, because we are all in the same boat... the SS EUTRO 1. Brad & Floyd you have contracted outside legal counsel, using EUTO/Shareholder money... so who is this mystery lawyer, you are spending our money on? and exactly what is he doing in regards (if anything) to retire these 50 million shares? If you tell us we promise not to call and disturb his diligent pursuit of the 4 companies. The Firm would'nt happen to start with the letters K & L located in lovely West Palm Beach FL. Would it FLoyd or Brad? 2. What about those shares some one at EUTO sold to someone that never got paid for? Wow what a deal will you cut some of us a deal like that? We'll pay you next month we promise.... so exactly who got this sweet heart deal, with our stock? It Could'nt have been a family member could it Floyd or Brad? Hmmm so how is this debt collection progressing? 3. Isnt this special the float is back up to 89 or 93 million shares? Are the shares doing coming out of retirement like an old ball player? Or did one of our illustrious leaders "mis-speak" their intentions? Is it True that the common stock exchanged for Prefered Shares are entering the float to pay the Prefered dividends? Is it me or does this sound like robbing peter to pay paul? Maybe not because some Shareholders are under the impression EUTO is selling the stock to pay the light bill... hmm sooooo Floyd or Brad Which is it? 4. Now that we got this new high profile management additions Mack Hunter & William Burkhart, hows things going with them? You working them hard on new projects? 5. So Floyd and Brad tell us a little about these 4 horrible companies that ran off with the 50 million shares... think hard Floyd and Brad... this was'nt a Reg S deal was it? It sure sounds like one to me... Well folks if it was REG S deal I dont think ol Floyd and Brad going to get them back for us. Could this be the "loop hole"? I'll use the June 1997 quarterly quote "one good thing about being wrong, is the joy it brings to others" Uh Floyd or Brad make my fellow share holders happy by answering some my questions and proving me wrong. Hello KAA, Before this post most of you did not even know we exsisted but I guarantee we start dumping X,XXX,XXX shares (the first number is not 1) you would know it. But we are holding and not selling. .. .. I have held EUTO since last summer and personally I am growing tired of being treated like a mushroom by them.... What makes you think that a shareholder group is going to do any good? I'm sure you have been in constant contact with EUTRO. Other members of this thread have been in contact and judging by the current price and float number, it just doesn't matter. If you feel like a mushroom, that must mean you have been kept in the dark like the rest of us. I wonder how Mike and Bob feel right now after painting a positive picture after their visit. I do not think that our family tiffs are keeping people from buying the stock. No.. I think we all have been attending a Magic Show where shares disappear and then reappear. It's kinda hard to get an increase in price with this happening. Richard
