**MESSAGE FOR JOE LANZA I have been following your promotions going back to maesa pertoleum and it seems that you tend to put all of your effort till the end to help promote a company which is a rarity with Bulletin Board stocks. I am not happy with the price of XECM at this point but to tell you the truth I think most promoters would have walk away by now and left this for dead, but it seems you haven't as of yet. I have read alot of the messages on this board in regards to your ability and you screwing the companies up that you get involved in. I do seem to remember a little stock that I bought at $2 1/8 called Interactive Gift Express (GIFT), granted the stock tumbled down to pennies and i averaged down on the stock, Well this little stock went to upwards of $12.00 and I was impressed, even though You werent the end promoter on the deal you did see potential in it and it worked out. I know about your background as a stockbroker and your license being lifted and I hear all the comments made, lawsuits and such and i see stocks tumble just like MGMTF excuse me MGMT, But if I judge your ability to make a company's stock worth more in the market place by the negatives in your past then I wouldnt be making an intelligent decision to buy or sell would I. I think one of the main reasons that there is so much negativity is that you are open to everyone and I saw that first hand. Just for the record I am not here being Pro-Lanza but I am being realistic, you could've left the company and went on to other projects and from what i see you haven't yet, I think XECM has potential, why is it down here, I dont know I am not an insider. I have been involved in stocks that have been delisted and the promoter is no where to be found, I think that investor should feel comfortable to know that at least you havent ran for the border yet. So that is a positive thing, at least i hope it is. There is no doubt that you are very very good at what you do but I feel that XECM should have a better focus on its future and help make all of the shareholders $$$$ as opposed to XECM losing shareholder support. You do own and operate Lanza Land and lets all hope that we can enjoy the ride. By the way is it true that you are seeking to bring in one of your old associates to help with market support in XECM? ************MESSAGE FOR DAL*************** As far as MDCE and screen plays go, i'm sure you read all the info on the company isn't that a future academy award winning fictional story, just look at the lineup and the financials, I took a ride on this one, lets see what happens.
