Dear Jim,

I certainly hope that the mobile code factory runs like "herbie the love bug", because they only have ONE (1) (UNO) (NOT TWO) (ONE). It will have to zip back and forth between coasts and every state to handle all that secret government code that can't leave home base. But hey, having heard the King speak on those conference calls, he comes across as a real energetic guy -- duh, NOT.

Someone posted that one of the major Funds (Kaufman, I believe -- someone correct if wrong) was short Zitel. Are they still????? Who is a better investor? Kaufman Fund or Emerald/Stewart? Fill up that mobile code factory with plenty of stock certificates -- waiting for the official company word to tell everyone to get their certificates sent to them in their own name to stop the stock from being manipulated by the evil short sellers -- a penny saved is a penny earned!

I remain,

SOROS

ps took position in TACX, SPNSF (2nd position), and CRYSF today -- keep your eyes on Israel, children.

pps Did anyone else hear that Zitel was merging with the US Dept. of Welfare? Or was that motor vehicles?

Tell Jack and Art that if they believe that they are going to get away with gunning the stock a second time around, then they better re-evaluate damn quick.
