PT Discount Brokerage trades on instinet before and after hours anyone can who has an account with them. They charge $35 for trade plus $35 more for instinet. It's a good deal. Good discount broker.

Jim, thank-you! You were the only one that understood what I was asking. Not where to find the info, not what is the current price. But who is allowed to trade and where are they doing it?

OK you said the MM (Money Managers). If that's so, I guess I've been missing a major piece of knowledge about what influences that market. I'm amazed in fact! If the market is a fair market, how do you reconcile what they are doing 'so they can make a profit'.... with millions of shares at their disposal.

This is not arbitrage, like during options expiration. I guess I just don't get it. Maybe I'll shoot off a question to TheStreet.com and ask for their defintiion of what is going on.

Thanks for your reply.
