I agree. Rambus might be affected at the open but there's a lot of buyers at 43-44 and I think a lot of volume tomorrow will leave the stock ending up That seems quite generous to me...but I was projecting $38-42 before this news. I think it will affect the stock. It does appear to be holding pretty well however in this range. But I don't like the volume...449K,as posted earlier, a lot of people holding and hoping for the occasional pop. My charts gave several key reversal signals yesterday...so I think we are getting close. SMOD seems ready to jump as well. But they are making money now....price and p/e is very attractive now! Jeff
