Ned, is anyone who buys BB stocks "in their right mind"? There must be 3500 non reporting stocks out there. I do it, just as I'm sure many others do for "the chance" to make it big. Probably as many as 9 out of 10 don't make it.

These companies are driven by people trying to succeed and make big bucks for themselves. If the company makes money so do they. If they make money then it follows that I too will make money.

Some of the information I would consider when researching a stock

stock-line.com (bottom 1/3 of page)
stocks4tomorrow.com (not all info has proven to be 100% accurate)

The stock holder info section on the ARALDICA website araldica.com has some valuable information. Press releases do have certain forward looking statements, but for the most part they are true.

We have a little company trying to make it to the big time. Anything they publish by way of financials to the SEC will be examined with one of those accounting microscopes and only the truth will b accepted.

I am heavily invested in AWLT and I want answers to the same questions that you do. One conclusion I came to is that if I had all of the answers to the Araldica mystery and all of the answers were as good as the forward looking statements that this would no longer be a "speculative BB stock". It would be trading somewhere else at many times todays price. If we made as much as a 2 cent profit per share last year I'd be surprised. If we make less than 5x that amount this year I'll be disappointed.

Ned, are you asking to enlighten potential shareholders or just looking to add to your current AWLT holdings. You did mention at one time that you were "out of here".

Thanks for asking the questions that maybe some don't really want to hear the answers to.

JOE (shareholder AWLT)

Ned,

Would you take another look at your last post and explain the pieces for me. I understand the first part right up through "Anyone?". Then there is:

>>Date: Wed, Mar 4, 1998 02:01 EST
From: AddisonZ
Message-id: <19980304070101.CAA23855@ladder02.news.aol.com><<

Is that related to the first part?

Then what are you saying in the last part:

>>Class Action Lawsuit? or Shareholder's Derivative Suit?
In either case what would the basis for such a suit be? Was there any non-disclosure or malfeasance or non-feasance?<<

Is this something you are suggesting, or is it related to the AddisonZ part. On an important post like that, it shouldn't be so hard to figure out what you are saying. Please clarify.
