Called the company today..

Jack Arnold was out of the office, Keith answered the phone. I left a message for Jack. Keith called me back shortly after that with a reply from Jack:

The merger is NOT yet completed, the Reg. S shares have not been retired either.

They are aware of the 'unusual' activity today, (and, I think, the rumors posted earlier on Yahoo), but Keith said they don't know what might be causing it.

I asked Keith about the status on that Reg. S filing (again), he said the accountants are working on it. The reason it's taking so long is that because the original filing was submitted twice - the first was not received by the SEC, and the second was rejected because it was not submitted electronically. The accountants working on this filing are new to the company (and to the new software they received from the govt), hence the delay.

Regards,

Milk
