to all;
i think the major problem here is no news from digi. now if i was to believe previous responses alot of minor news items may signal problems so maybe this is a contranian indicator. i jumped on again today at 18 3/8. so now i bought at 24 5/8. 22 1/16/ 19 3/16, 18 and 18 3/8. throughout the last two weeks i have not sold and holding for a major move up. last two times digi was at this level big money came in and moved the stock up to the 20-20.5 area. i hope this trend repeats itself for all the longs sake. even though i subscribe to the don't catch a knife when it is falling, i believe it is digi's time. unfortunately intel came out with a shocker and now we are all going to be sucked into the great pit of selling, i should of waited another day to buy. to those who didn,t, tommorrow should be a good opportunity to buy digi lower.

MB, hold on backing up the truck until the dust settles. I spoke to
the company today, I have been trying to get a hold of them for two
weeks now and left them Seven messages. They finally returned the call
today and said that today's action is related to the UBS comments on
the recent hardware problems that caused outage. I asked them if DSC's
equipment was involved and he said he prefers not to comment on that.
He mentioned that the UBS guy made his own conclusion. I asked again
that if the company heard anything from the customer telling them that
DSC's equipment was at fault. The answer was that he prefers not to
comment on that. My conclusion from the conversation was that DSC's
equipment was involved because he never denied it. Otherwise, why
wouldn't he come out saying that it was not our equipment. This
company does not do a thing to protect the small investor and they
could care less about them. Why should it take me Seven times to call
them before they return the call? They have only two guys working in
the Investor relations and one of them is always out. The Investor
Relations does not communicate properly with the investors and that
is part of the problem. On a volatile stock such as this one they
could mention the news to the person who answers the phone to at
least inform the investors of what's going on. Instead, the secretary
says I don't know and I have someone call you. Well, by the time you
hear back from them you've probably got so frustrated and dumped the
stock. I really believe that they behave very poorly with the
individual investors and the analysts get all the attention. They
should cut down 1% of Donold's salary and add two more guys to the
investor relations department. Aren't you glad you asked MB!!!

Looks like another bad day for all of the technology stocks tomorrow! Intel was halted after hours trading due to 1Q profits warning which
is taking the whole Japan's NIKIE average down below 17000.

Hi MB, I'm in the mood to do the same. I just hope I'm loading up with something besides Manure!!!

My Equity Warehouse shelves are getting pretty full of DIGI shares, hope I get a chance to reduce inventory (at a reasonable profit) soon!

In the mean time, LU which was grossly over-priced in the $80s is now over $100!

Best regards, Tom
