Informative hyperlink gives gov't "DMinus"!!! -Thanks Jas for ferreting out the information. Real substance. I wonder how much it will cost the taxpayer and how much of those dollars will be spent on portable factories? HMmmmmm. Happy Trading.

Jas, thank you for posting Mr. Horn's report card. Obviously he gets to see the data before we do. Note to others: Raw data will be available in a few days at: cio.fed.gov Last quarter, Mr. Horn was very pessimistic in his report card ... but the actual government report was a mixed bag. In general, I was pleased with the progress the Federal Government had made. It will be interesting to read the actual data ... instead of Mr. Horn's always pessimistic interpretation. Regards, Bill
