CNBC indicated that INTC was down $10 on Instanet, but noted that the last such drop by INTC actually bottomed out BEFORE the open.
I'm not sure about the impact tomorrow, but if it hits LGND, then it should hit the entire market and every thread on SI should have 3 or 4 INTC press releases uploaded.

I noticed that DELL was up over 7 today, but since we had been told that it had topped out a couple of days ago, there was no OFF TOPIC post.

Did you take your unix filter off?
Please put it back on.

And, as far as one of our 'treadsters' comments regarding DELL being up $7 today, it was down $8 in the last two days, so it is still below where it was when I said that it appears to be topping out.

And as usual (and expected), our 'threadster' neglected to note that the $7 gain today has already been given back in after-hours ('The warning sent shock waves roughout the investment community, triggering a sell-off in many major technology shares. Dell Computer Corp. (DELL) tumbled nearly 7 points to 132')

Just more misinformation, I guess.
