John K., from the outset it appears unbelievable, but it apparently has to do with China and Russia coming into the computer age much faster than anyone realizes. a for instance is Shanghai where there are over 30 high rise construction buildings in progress, a very high number, and this is only one city there. a construction boom is gearing up in Russia's main cities. things are moving very rapidly. Intel's announcement is a glitch. it has to do with Dell branching into complimentary areas of business through the internet, taking on businesses to help impliment this growth. itseemed unreasonable to me when Dell was at $95, but i'm becoming a believer.
