Quite true. Quite true indeed, but they tend to be light and fluffy and mash up so easily. They will go quite well with the sour grapes and sour cream cucumber relish.

oh.. and gaugie wants me to tell y'all bout how I almost burned
down both the woods and the barn last Saturday.. and of course how
in the process of diverting this catastrophe, I almost succumbed
to smoke inhalation and burned boots (woulda been tragic and
heroic if I had tho, lots better'n some of the ways I've tried
to die).. but I'm too embarrassed to make that public just yet.
