The audited financials for 1997 have been released and are in the investors packet. The fiscal year ends in May and 1998 won't be finished until June. The first two quarters have also been released. It's the SEC filing that is sticky. They don't want to have it kicked back to them for more information. The more resolved the suit is, the easier it will be approved without delay.

Cleve - You are preaching to the choir. You are absolutely right. Hell, MSFT would be trading on the pink sheets if they waited till litigation from the whiners to stop.

BTW, speaking of whiners. Did anyone see McNeally crying to Congress about how big, bad MSFT was costing SUNW money?
