Milk,
What kind of volume and pressure in the issue price could we expect if the 40 day period is over? How many shares need to be covered and would they be covered at the market price?

Hello! Milk,

Thanks for sharing the feedback that you received from CVIA today.

I believe it was Brees that recently posted that CVIA was the " most talked about not done deal."

My feeling is that statement made by Brees capsulizes some of the frustration being felt by various CVIA Shareholders.

In my opinion one possible contributing factor for this frustration may have something to do with the fact that Jack Arnold has ( in my opinion) been quite open in keeping us up to date with the CVIA merger and acquisition developments ( at least to the degree that he is legally and morally able--once again in my opinion!)

What I feel this has done is basically eliminated any opportunity for any/all good news/ unexpected announcements! ( I feel that the participants on this thread-both members and non-members, have followed up on a regular and determined basis--basically ensuring that we are kept abreast of any/all information that can be publically issued---on an as it happens basis----Just my opinion!).

Now I feel we have reached the fork in the road!!

As far as we know ( at this point in time!) CVIA remains a shell company ( with a few bells and whistles thrown in--I'm guessing!).

Milk advised us today that Jack passed on a message that the merger is still not completed. ( It appears to be an honest answer, just not the one some of us would like to hear!--My opinion!)

Unless something in the earth moving category arises--it's my guess that the next announcement that we hear from Jack and CVIA is that the merger/acquisition has been completed--if, as and when such activities take place!

It's also my guess that if Jack simply makes an announcement that simply states that CVIA is still working towards a merger/acquisition,
not many of us will be impressed? Informed? Yes! Happy? Most likely not!

It's my guess that part of today's CVIA Share trading activity of over 16 million Shares, partially might very well be people simply speculating that CVIA is close to announcing a deal, and may feel that based on the recent share price of CVIA, it may be time to start getting on board ?? ( Just my own opinion!)

There could also be a million and one other reasons for today's large volume! ( I wish I really knew those reasons!!).

The involvement and overall mature profile that this thread has developed by it's participants has been very impressive to observe, over the past several months! ( My own opinion!)

Based on the share trading volume that was generated by CVIA Shares today, might just be an initial indicator that the mystery of any initial merger / acquisition and it's inner workings/details, may soon be attained and announced to the world? ( Just my opinion!)

It's only a guess but for whatever the reason for today's apparent dramatic and impactful following of CVIA ( at least from a share volume trading perspective)---- it's my hunch that the CVIA viewing audience watching this story unfold, appears to have taken on a hole new set of dynamics!)

In a posting I made yesterday, I was wishing to be surprised by CVIA!

Well, I just turned on my computer for the first time today, and yes!!!
I was certainly surprised!!

What surprises are still instore for those following CVIA'S efforts to move from a shell company to a brighter future???

Only time will tell!!!

Wishing each and every one of you the wisdom and good fortune to make the investment decisions that are right for you.

Best Regards,
Wayne J.
