Taby, most of the chips manufactured today are used in the PC related fields...if PCs/Pentiums sales aren't growing then the demand for chips in general goes down and when that happens....fabs cut back on spending which in turn hurts semi cap companies.

So if anyone thinks that the INTC news won't hurt the semi's....you're fooling your self. By the way..INTC's cap spending this year compared to last year is flat, and I would not be surprised if they cut back later this year.
