Pancho, you are absolutely right that this flight
to quality will happen tomorrow. There is one more
you need to add to the value stocks beside AOL and YHOO,
that is AMZN. It is an internet leader and a LOW tech
company-- selling books that is. It will not join the
high tech melt down tomorrow. So it is an even safer heaven.

People own INTC on margin, get called and are forced to sell AOL and YHOO. The same idiots who have been buying the semis of late are probably also stupid enough to have been buying AOL and YHOO.
