I hope this helps to educate those who are interested in knowing the truth. Again, I will stress that QGLY is a SMALL CAP NASDAQ stock. According to Seth, IF FTEL is approved for the NASDAQ NATIONAL, they will be immediately marginable. I believe him, though it would have been nice to have been given a source for his information.
