Why hasn't Zonagen responded like Crystallex

I'd say ZONA's trading action today was almost entirely attributable to Crystallex's adamant denial of Asensio's latest assertions.

Apparently the issue is whether or not Crystallex has a pending case in Venezualan courts which could result in claims to certain mining interests. Both sides agree there is no actual legal claim yet, but the contention seems to be around the legitimacy, existence, or status of the legal motions themselves. Personally, since the Bre-X and Delgratia debacles, I look any junior Canadian gold mining stock with much skepticism.

What does all this have to do with Zonagen? Some short covering and buying today I guess on the fear that Asensio (and all the other recent expostulators) might be all wrong about Zonagen... but that issue has been talked to death. My question then is,

After all the negative press, the claims, the so-called misrepresentations, for months now, why hasn't Zonagen made a single effort to refute any of it the way Crystallex did today?
