Shaker: I was wondering if a firm like Dayton would have to print news like todays in a set period of time like by 30 days of it happening? you know are there any rules that they must do so if it's a material change to a firm? Now if that is true would they also have to follow it up with the next news that may say that there was a deal struck with someone down in Chile for a addition to there mine? If so would that be soon? Look's like there may be more news comming from Dayton on what they were trying to lead up to in the next news rls. Whacha think? Jim
