Dear Frank, I believe you are being too conservative in your estimate. INTC is down 10 points in after hours. The last 8% runup in the indecies we just had had no basis, so I think this 8% should dissappear just as quickly as it came. Maybe not in one day, but it will happen. But you're the one with money on the line so a conservative target is probably the wisest. Good luck catching the falling knife today ! INTC's warning is just the second big one I've seen (CS was the first) this season. I'm sure there will be more. By the time its over -- DOW back to 6500 IMO. My dad and I looked at VTSS and CIEN last summer. We bought VTSS @ 38 but I passed on CIEN. Sold my VTSS last month for 49. I like VTSS but market conditions convinced my to sell my techs, even (gasp) CSCO. The punch line: I used the money to but NORT at 1 3/8 !!!!!!!!!!!!! Regards, Chris
