Following is the editorial e-mail address to thestreet.com:

mailto:letters@thestreet.com

A possible outline of a letter to them could be:

1. Point out the factual errors in Cory's article, namely that TAVA does indeed repair or replace defective components. This is evident in both verbal and written dialogue from the company and filings to the SEC which is available to the public domain including Cory.

2. Point out how simple it would have been for Cory to verify his facts, showing his irresponsibility and poor reporting ethic. In fact his statements betray his general ignorance of the company as their core work includes both the repairing and replacing of plant floor systems. And it is TAVA's expectation that Y2K will add to their Core work.

3. Indicate that you expect a reply by e-mail with either a confirmation of Cory's error or facts to substantiate his comments. In addition, a clarification to be published on thestreet.com would be both appropriate and responsible.
