Dear SER, the stock is $4.50 get a grip.

What are you thinking? We have a huge move to $9 much less $100.

A dose of reality is in order. Why should the market push the stock up with no news? We need additional results which could be a way off for this stock to get out of its own way. As I understand it there is no set timetable for results. Do you know anything I don't?

Max

SER you state "Thinking positively for a moment ... How should we react to the surge in our stock value?" "We must be prepared."

Well don't ask me I was never a Boy Scout. I myself will sell when Jay Taylor says it a buy.

SER, speaking on behalf of the resident fence-sitters, skeptics, and shorts association, we shall be making a bee-line to the local supermarket to stock up on cases of Depends. ;-))

All--

I know that many of you converse with the I.R. reps in your respective parts of the country. What have they stated lately regarding the release of new numbers? Have they given us a timeframe? Particular reasons for the MASSIVE delays?

I realize that their comments may mean very little..however..I pray their information is a bit more reliable than what we have! (ie: The Saint!)

I cannot blame new investors for staying away from us at this stage of the speculation. At the very least new money (new investors)would like to see consistent release of information. NO...NO...I take that back!!!..New money would like to see the release of information that Naxos stated that they would release in the time frame (or approximate time frame) that Naxos stated that they would release the information in!

I am not new money to Naxos....but I surely am not going to add to my tumult by upping the anty at this stage. Perhaps given some long overdue numbers and some consistency of information releases my attitude may change. Let's all hope so.

Regards,

Jason

SER: When (if?) the stock surges, we all will have different reactions. Allow me to predict what some of them will be.

Mark Silvers will sell a small portion of his stock so that he can buy a fresh set of pom poms and buy the Chicago Bulls

Henry will sell enough stock to buy 4 seats on the 50 yard line at Michigan games.

Citidi will sell enough stock so that she can buy Scores and turn it into an all MALE review.

Larry Macklin will prescribe himself some awesome drugs and retire to St. Barts

Chewy will sell some stock, take some spelling lessons and write a screenplay about this ordeal...but all the characters will live in the same neighborhood in N.H.

Jerard will buy himself a bright red ferrarri so that he can drive out to FL every day and help with the digging

Doug Meetmer will say: "Hey...I knew this was a lock two years ago."

Jason will say "You know, this stock was sh** until I joined SI last month"

Hungrylion will say: "Does anyone know how to get these brown stains off my pants?"

Ed will say : "Yikes, look at that chart...what a rocket"

Don a/k/a odyrand will say: "BUY BUY BUY"

and finally, Kurt will say: "Jimmy, you da MAN"

good luck everyone, Neal
